You must be at least 13 years of age to use Nova Vantage. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
You must have a valid Google account and an active YouTube channel to use the core features of the App.

Nova Vanguard LLC is not responsible for any consequences arising from changes made to your YouTube channel through Nova Vantage, including but not limited to changes in video performance, search ranking, or audience engagement.

Nova Vantage offers the following tiers:
Paid subscriptions are processed through Google Play Billing. By subscribing, you agree to Google Play's billing terms. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Refunds are handled according to Google Play's refund policies. Nova Vanguard LLC does not issue refunds directly.
Nova Vantage, including its name, logo, design, code, and all associated content, is the property of Nova Vanguard LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Your YouTube channel data, videos, and content remain your property. Nova Vantage does not claim any ownership over your content.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for its intended purpose. This license does not include the right to sublicense, sell, or distribute the App.
Nova Vantage integrates with Google's YouTube Data API v3 and YouTube Analytics API. Your use of these services is also subject to:
Nova Vanguard LLC is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or actions of third-party services.
Nova Vantage is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that defects will be corrected.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nova Vanguard LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or channel performance.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid to Nova Vanguard LLC in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may stop using Nova Vantage at any time by uninstalling the App and revoking Google account access through your Google Account settings.
Nova Vanguard LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users through the App.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Stark County, Ohio.
